Puravia Lymphatic Drainage is a liquid food supplement designed to sit alongside your daily diet.
The formula brings together plants carefully selected from European and North American herbal tradition: cleavers, red clover, prickly ash and stillingia root. Four plants that have held their place in traditional herbal knowledge for generations.

How to use
Recommended daily amount: 2 ml, which is one full pipette.
Split it into two doses, 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml in the evening, which is what we suggest. Or take the full 2 ml in one go, morning or evening.
Dilute in a glass of water, tea or juice, or place it directly under your tongue.
Shake well before use. For a routine you can genuinely judge, use it consistently for at least 4 to 6 weeks, alongside 1.5 to 2 litres of water spread through the day.
Please note: do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for anyone under 18. If you have an existing condition or take medication, such as hormone therapy or blood thinners, seek medical advice before use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Each plant in Puravia was chosen for its place in traditional herbal knowledge:
Cleavers (Galium aparine): valued in European herbal tradition for centuries.
Red clover (Trifolium pratense): traditionally used, and often mentioned in connection with skin wellbeing.
Prickly ash (Zanthoxylum americanum): a root bark valued in North American plant tradition.
Stillingia root (Stillingia sylvatica): traditionally used in American herbalism.

Our team answers Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 5pm.
How long does one bottle last?
At the recommended 2 ml a day, one bottle lasts 30 days. The 3 bottle pack covers 90 days and the 6 bottle pack covers 180 days.
When should I expect to notice anything?
Every body responds at its own pace. Some people notice a change after a few weeks, others take longer. We suggest giving it 3 to 4 consistent weeks before you judge it. Patience and consistency matter more than speed.
Can I take it alongside my medication?
Please seek medical advice first if you take diuretics, blood pressure medication, blood thinners or antiplatelet medication, hormone replacement therapy, or if you have a liver or kidney condition, or a hormone dependent cancer.
