A herbal food supplement made from plant extracts, part of your daily lymphatic ritual. A ten-second step to add to your morning.

Puravia Lymphatic Drainage works gently on one of the key systems of your balance: the lymph. Its plant-based formula supports natural drainage, helps limit water retention and puffiness, and promotes a lasting feeling of lightness.
By supporting fluid circulation, Puravia also contributes to more energy and renewed everyday comfort.
A simple gesture, to wake up lighter, clearer and more in tune with your body.
2ml per day (the equivalent of one pipette), your choice:
• In 2 doses: 1ml in the morning + 1ml in the evening (recommended)
• In 1 dose: 2ml in the morning or evening
Dilute in a glass of water, tea or juice, or place directly under the tongue.
For best results, use daily and make sure to stay well hydrated throughout the day.
When the lymph slows down, fluids and waste build up. The result: puffiness, heavy legs, diffuse fatigue, a tired-looking face.
Puravia helps support smooth lymphatic circulation, so your body can: release excess water, improve circulation, and regain a feeling of lightness and a more natural glow.
All gently, without forcing the body.
Because a body that works well, you can see it… and you can feel it.
Every plant in Puravia is carefully selected to support the body's natural drainage and elimination mechanisms.
Cleavers (Galium aparine)
Supports lymphatic circulation and helps gently get the lymph moving again.
Red Clover
Promotes smooth circulation and contributes to clearer, more radiant skin.
Prickly Ash
Supports microcirculation and helps reduce the feeling of heaviness.
Stillingia (root)
Traditionally used to support natural drainage and the elimination of waste.
A synergy of plants, with no harsh diuretic effect, designed for daily, long-term use.
Puravia is ten seconds in the morning. Not a diet, not one more chore. A moment you give yourself, and for many of our customers, that alone is what changes things.

↓ Here’s what’s really happening under your skin ↓

Galium aparine
You’ve probably had it stuck to your trousers without knowing its name. Cleavers clings to anything that passes, which is exactly where its nickname comes from. It grows in hedgerows and has been part of spring herbal preparations for centuries.

Trifolium pratense
The red flower of the meadows. We use the whole flower, picked in full bloom, which is rare: most extracts settle for the leaf or the root. It naturally contains isoflavones.

Stillingia sylvatica
“Queen’s Delight”. That’s the name herbalists in the southern United States gave it, preparing it as a syrup. A plant from Native American tradition, almost never seen in European formulas.

Zanthoxylum americanum
Prickly ash isn’t an ash tree at all. It’s a thorny North American shrub, from the same botanical family as Sichuan pepper. Its bark was one of the staple remedies of the north-eastern Native American peoples.

Shake well before use (ideally in the morning, on an empty stomach).

Dilute 2ml in a glass of water, or take it directly under the tongue for fast absorption.

Make it your daily ritual, every morning, and feel the difference.
