Your statutory 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To cancel, email contact@trypuravia.com with your order number.

How to return an item

Email contact@trypuravia.com and we will give you the return instructions and address. Please return items in a resaleable condition where possible. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or approve your money-back request, we will refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
