Delivery times

Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within a few working days. Estimated delivery times and any costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking is included. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery costs

Any delivery charge is calculated and displayed at checkout. Where a free-delivery offer applies, it will be shown at checkout.

Delays

Very occasionally deliveries are delayed by the carrier or during busy periods. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email contact@trypuravia.com and we will help.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
