2. Our products

We sell food supplements, including Puravia Lymphatic Drainage, a liquid herbal food supplement.

Food supplement notice. Puravia is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It does not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, speak to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.

3. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or the price was shown incorrectly), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Delivery times and any costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Your right to cancel (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. Full details of how to cancel and return items are in our Refund Policy.

7. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@trypuravia.com within 30 days and we will arrange a refund as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it. The information on this website is provided for general information only and is not medical advice.

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have in your country of residence.
